A rolled steel pretreating line usually consists of specially engineered conveyor systems, a pre-heater, a inlet rollgang, middle rollgang, shot blast machine, an automatic paint spray system, a subsequent dryer, outlet rollgang, dust removing system, paint &fog treating system and the electric system.
Rollgang：The total line contains the feeding device, inlet rollgang, middle rollgang, inner room rollgang, outlet rollgang and expulsing rollgang, which are all under frequency speed controlled.
Pre-Heater：It makes the rolled steel to reach the temperature of 40~70℃ before the shot blasting. Heat is good against ice, cold and wetness. It prevents moisture from getting into the blast media.
Shot Blasting Machine：It is equipped with several high-tech impeller heads, which blast high speed shots to the surface of the workpiece. Rust and scale disappear in no time! And the surface will gain a clean surface with a certain rough level.
Painting Line：The system is arranged with painting room, up and down spraying cars, conveyor, height measuring system, gas controlling system, high pressure none air spraying pump and pipes.
Paint Dryer：The drying takes place on a continuous basis in many variations: In front or behind the paint booth, heated by gas, oil or electric, with special overspray extraction zones and cooling zones.It makes the drying effect to reach the customer’ s request.
Paint&fog Treatment：This system contains the dry and the wet paint processing mode. Through the upper air emissions after the processing, the density of the tritan organic solution reaches the national environmental protection emission standard.
Electric System：The PLC programmable controller contains manual and automatic mode.
